Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Group Chat Awards, run by Muhammad Talha (contact: support.spta@gmail.com). By using the site you agree to them.
What you get
You can upload a WhatsApp group chat export and see some awards for free, plus open one sealed award of your choice. A one-time payment of $4.99 unlocks the full set of awards and share cards for that chat on that device and browser. It is not a subscription and you won't be charged again.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record, which is the seller of record for your purchase and handles applicable taxes. If the full deck doesn't unlock, or something doesn't work as described, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload chats you are a member of, and respect the privacy of the people in them.
- Don't use the awards to bully or harass anyone. The awards are meant as light-hearted fun.
- Get your group's okay before posting results publicly.
Entertainment only
Awards are generated automatically from message counts, timings and patterns. They're for fun and may not be accurate. Nothing here is a judgement about anyone.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.

Group Chat Awards is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to WhatsApp or Meta.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
